Helping Southside Virginia

S. Ashley Link, Esq.

Hi, I’m Ashley Link and I’m the owner of Link Law Firm. I grew up in Southside Virginia and currently live here with my husband, son, and our four dogs. Prior to attending law school at Regent University, I graduated from Randolph-Macon College where I studied Political Science and Psychology. I was inducted into numerous honor societies, made the dean’s lists, and received an award for “Most Philanthropic” through my Sorority.
I went on to obtain a master’s in government from Regent University while obtaining my Juris Doctor. During my time at Regent, I was a Student Ambassador and a Member of the Honor Council.
One passion of mine has been working with families with children with special needs. To better assist these families, I attended the Va-LEND Program at Virginia Commonwealth University and received a Post-Graduate Certifiate in Disability Leadership. I also attended WrightsLaw seminars during high school, college, and had the privilege of attending William and Mary’s School of Law Institute of Special Education Advocacy in the Summer of 2014. After receiving my license to practice law, I became certified as a Guardian Ad Litem to help not just children with special needs but all children who come before the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for various matters.
My second passion has always been criminal law. I have been honored to have the opportunity to practice as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney during my entire career. I have had the privilege of teaching courses to law enforcement from my experience and have argued before the appellate courts of Virginia.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to my office with your questions. I’ll be glad to set up a consultation with you so we can discuss your case!
